What happened: good afternoon ,*one of your car rentals was in a car accident i need to know what's going to happen with my vehicle .. who is going to be the one that takes care of fixing my vehicle . can someone please call me directly to ********** it been a whole week and i haven't receive any call or anything.

What happened: The Turo car I rented was illegally towed from the out front of my duplex. It has been my home address for the past * years, and the Turo was parked EXACTLY where I usually park my own car. It was towed w ALL of my stuff still in it, which I still have not gotten back. The guy who rented me the car, hasn’t responded at all to my MULTIPLE attempts to get info. I need the name of the tow company who towed the car to begin with, so I can pursue my dispute w them, and this hasn’t been provided. I also need to know where I can pick up all my belongings that were in the car, and also dispute a smoking claim Maxie’s I absolutely did NOT and do NOT smoke. That is completely untrue and actually quite dishonest. I got completely screwed with this car, having it for maybe a day and a half before it was illegally towed, and I paid OVER $*,***.** for it!! I’ve tried messaging the man via the app, and regular texting, to no avail. Pleas help, it’s been quite a while now and I need to purse the tow truck place asap and get my belongings back. Thank you.
